With school starting again, our Thursday night classes have begun. This is a series of FREE educational classes at our store on Thursday nights (6:30pm) that discuss a variety of topics by experts from around the globe. We also provide free gluten-free snacks, just for attending. Don’t forget that Sample Saturday will still be EVERY Saturday, and be on the lookout for special exclusive classes and upcoming events!

Hormones & Health. Dr. Jared Jensen. September 10, 6:30pm

Adrenal stress will be a topic of discussion concerning how it can destroy your health and how hormone imbalances can affect your sleep cycles, carbohydrate cravings, and fat burning. Dr. Jensen practices wellness and functional wellness in Meridian, ID at his “Revitalize Wellness Center”, where he incorporates nutrition, chiropractic, hormone balance, fitness and permanent weight control. His doctorate is in Chiropractic with certifications in Sports Medicine and Functional Blood Chemistry. Other specialties of practice include nutrition, fitness and neurology.

This engaging presentation will delve into how to live a life of proactive wellness through your thoughts, food consumption, actions and physical activity. Humor and easy-to-understand information are used so you can enjoy a long life of predictable & better health!! For the past 25 years Dr. Lewis has had the great honor of representing his profession. He has not only helped change lives throughout the community, but he has also worked with several athletes and sports teams.

Emily is a certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, specializing in reducing and relieving most musculoskeletal pain. She is an expert in headaches, migraines, and TMJ pain. At this FREE seminar, you’ll learn the symptoms of TMJ and how trigger points in the muscles cause these problems. Learn how to self-massage your masseter muscle (responsible for closing the jaw and strongest muscle in the body).
