Ingredients
- 12 cups quick or regular gluten free oats
- 1 1/2 cups oat bran
- 1 cup flax seed
- 4 cups coconut
- 3 cups nuts, sunflour seeds or any combination of raw nuts
- 1 1/4 cups raw honey
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vanilla
Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients together then set aside. Combine the honey and oil and microwave for 1 minute. Mix that honey mixture into the oat mixture and then divide in two 9 X 13 pans. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Then add the vanilla to the two pans, stir well and then bake for an additional 10 minutes. Store in an air-tight container.
