This chili turns out everytime, yet I vary on the amount of ingredients with every batch I make (I'll explain later). We have never had leftovers on this one...plus, it freezes well!

Ingredients
- 2 Large cans chili beans I use 4 cans of the Cattle Drive Brand chili because it is gluten free
- 1 Large can V-8 juice Now I only add enough V-8 juice to make it the consistency that I want
- 1 diced onion
- 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 pound sausage bowned and drained
- 2 small cans tomatoes
- 1-2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder McCormick brand is gluten free
Directions
Place chili beans in a crock-pot with the “V-8″ juice. Add chili powder and stewed chopped skinless tomatoes. Add your salsa and meats, onion, and chili powder. I like to add a bit of brown sugar as well…just to taste. Cook all day…
