Put ham in a big kettle, fill 2/3rds full with water. Finish filling the kettle with the vinegar until water/vinegar solution covers the ham. Cook on a slow simmer for 3 hours. After 3 hours, place ham in a 9X13 foil lined pan. Remove all the skin, fat and bone, shred ham, place 1/2 cup of the vinegar/water solution over the ham. Then mix your brown sugar and dry mustard together, pack it on the ham. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2-3 hours. This tastes real good with cheesy potatoes.
