Butter Dips

These are so good, you may want to double the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine If using margarine, I like to use Nucoa
  • 1 1/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour I use Tom Sawyer
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese I use cheddar, but I would think other kinds would be good too.

Directions

melt butter in square pan, meanwhile mix all dry ingredients then add milk, mix (I use my hands). I add the grated cheese at this point. Then knead about 10 times. Roll out and then dip in the margarine in the square pan, then place them all in the square pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-13 minutes (until they are slightly brown)
