Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour I use Tom Sawyer Gluten Free Flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups nuts optional
- dash salt
Directions
Mix the margarine, sugar and cocoa. Add the eggs one at a time, then vanilla, finally mix in the flour and salt. Pour into a 9X13 inch pan, sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frosting is optional (I think it makes it too rich, but some family members like it)
1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 cup cocoa and 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix all the frosting ingredients together and frost the brownies when cool.
