What we show above are a few of the fresh baked products we offer at Jake’s bakery.

We want to emphasize that everything from our bakery is gluten free.  We also want to make sure that the items that you buy in the bakery are as fresh as possible.  What we have found is that with gluten free products, they freeze real well.  Because we put no preservatives in them, the shelf life is limited, so our policy is what doesn’t sell by end of the day or within 24 hours, we will freeze it.  We have found that once these products are thawed out, they are just great!  Somtimes you will find them in the freezers on the floor or we will put them in the back freezers…so ask if you can’t find what you are looking for – chances are, we will have it. Our best selling items have been our breads.  We offer many kinds of bread including french, peasant, counrty oat, whole grain and several others.  We try to keep dinner rolls on hand, but call ahead if you need them so that we can put some aside.  We always try to have cookies, muffins and cupcakes available.

We have had a lot of requests for diary, egg and yeast free products and we do make them but only by special order.  So if you would like these items, the best thing to do is order what you would like and we will give you a date as to when they will be ready.

As for ordering items from the bakery, please give us a few days for regular items.
